Everyone involved in Autism Vancouver wants to make this event as affordable and accessible as possible. Many of you have written or called to say times are tight, and we are anxious to help. Accordingly, we have decided to extend our popular “Buddy Deal” to everyone. (It expired February 28.)
Register at full price or Autism Vancouver in any category (Teacher, Parent, Person with ASD, etc.) and bring a friend, colleague or family member for $99. Buy for two people and get three information- and fun-packed days of programming for only $197 per person at the professional/teacher rate, $172/person at the parent rate or $162/person at the person with ASD/student rate.
Take advantage of the Buddy Deal today at www.autismvancouver.com or fill out and submit the attached registration form. And remember: There’s something for everyone at Autism Vancouver. The Congress will host top behavioral and biomedical experts, including: Dr. Stephen Shore; Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh; Sheila Wagner; Dr. William Shaw; and BC’s own Dr. Anita Bratt. Celebrity guests like Kelly Lebrock, star of Woman in Red and disability advocate, and Eustacia Cutler, Temple Grandin’s mother, will help us honor the autism moms who play so critical a role in early intervention. Among other events, Ms. Lebrock, embodying the theme of Women in Red, honoring the passion of autism moms and their many sacrificies, will emcee a Paint the Town Red Gala and Silent Auction on Friday evening, April 8th. The same day, we will officially release our new book, Artism: The Art of Autism, with an art carnival, featuring performance and visual artists with autism, including J.A. Tan of Vancouver.
We hope the Buddy Deal will make it easier for you and your family to be a part of this exciting event. If you wish to attend only the Gala, please complete the Paint the Town Red Gala, or sign up online at www.autismvancouver.com. You can also sign up to attend a single day of the Congress.
